Tadase Hotori - Shugo Chara!

Personality

Tadase is timid and shy, even though he acts confident around others. Tadase is very kind as Kiseki points out that kindness is his strength before they Character Transform in Platinum Royale for the first time. The Shugo Chara! Encyclopedia! describes Tadase as a boy who is "kind and slightly shy", it also comments he's "totally popular with the girls". An example of this is that he has a fan club, theTadase Fan Club, comprised of five members, the leader being Saaya Yamabuki, who is in love with Tadase. At first throughout the series we see that he often stays very calm in many situations, but as you progress, we see more of the inside character that is Tadase and he is actually very expressive of his emotions.

Relationships

Love Life

Platinum Royale and Amulet Heart
Platinum Heart with Amu
  • Amu Hinamori: Amu developed a crush on Tadase during her first day at school. Though she confessed to him, he turned her down and told her that he already liked someone. That "someone" turned out to be his pet dog, Betty, in Chapter 9 of the manga. Later, Tadase began to have a crush on Amu, instead of Amulet Heart, Amu's Character Transformation with Ran. In Chapter 28 of the manga, or Episode 74 of the anime, he acted on this crush and confessed his love to Amu again, but this time to her and not Amulet Heart. He has told Amu in the anime multiple times that he loves her such as in Episode 110 and 112. In their school newspaper, it says that they are the best couple. On the last episode of the anime, Tadase kissed Amu on the cheek, saying he will never leave her side.

Friendships

  • Ikuto Tsukiyomi: When Tadase was at a young age, he used to play with Ikuto and Utau. He would call him onii-tan (big brother) and play with him. Tadase began to distrust Ikuto, but not hate him, when he had stolen the Dumpty Key from him, and after he saw Betty die. Tadase still distrusts Ikuto, and accuses him of bad happenings before he finds out what really happened. In the manga, when Tadase finds out that Ikuto is being used to hurt others, he agrees to help Amu save him from Easter Company. Tadase apologizes to Ikuto for all the things he blamed him for in Chapter 39.
  • Utau Hoshina: As with Ikuto, Tadase used to play regularly with Utau. After Utau moved towards middle school, however, they essentially lost contact until the Easter incident, within which they displayed relatively little interaction: Tadase does not hold the same ill will he does against Ikuto towards her. They, can, although, be assumed to be on fine terms after Utau decides to leave the company, although, perhaps due towards Utau's profession and her commitment towards it, they still do not seem to contact each other much.
  • Kukai Soma: Kukai and Tadase have been friends with each other since their years as Guardians. They trust each other wholeheartedly, and would sometimes give advice on things to each other. Even after Kukai went on to middle school, they stayed in touch with each other on things around the Guardians.
  • Nadeshiko/Nagihiko: Nadeshiko/Nagihiko and Tadase are very close. He is one of the few people who know his secret, and they are often shown interacting with each other, both after Nagihiko returns and before, when using his false "Nadeshiko" identity.

Aliases

  • King
  • Prince
  • The Little Prince (Fandom, from his Character song.)
  • The Kiddy King (A mocking nickname given to him via Ikuto.)

Trivia

  • In the first episode of Shugo Chara, when Amu is confessing her love for him, she calls him "my prince" which should have induced a Character Change which did not happen.

Black Rock Shooter

Black Rock Shooter
The anime series is produced by the animation studio Ordet and directed by Shinobu Yoshioka. The series appears to be heavily related to the concept of the Black★Rock Shooter OVA, which involves two girls whose friendship is tested when they are dragged into an alternate world. The series is released in the noitaminA timeslot and the first episode aired on February 2nd, 2012. The series has a total of 8 episodes[1].
All main characters from the OVA reappear in the anime. The human characters, Mato Kuroi (Kana Hanazawa),Yomi Takanashi (Miyuki Sawashiro) and Yuu Koutari (Kana Asumi).[2]. The other selves, Black★Rock Shooter,Dead MasterStrength, and Black★Gold Saw also reappear in the anime. These characters have been redesigned for the anime, which is particularly noticeable with Yomi and Dead Master.
Aside from the OVA characters, several new characters appear in the anime[3]. New human characters includeSaya Irino (Mamiko Noto), a school counselor, Kagari Izuriha (Eri Kitamura), a childhood friend of Yomi, and Arata Kohata (Manami Numakura), the captain of the basketball club at Mato and Yomi's school. A new other self namedChariot also appears in the anime.
Insane Black★Rock Shooter also makes her very first appearance in a BRS series as the main antagonist.
While each piece of media takes place in its own universe, they each focus around Black Rock Shooter, a mysterious black haired girl who possesses a burning blue eye and a powerful cannon that can shoot rocks at high speed. Other characters also appear in more than one form of media.
The OVA focuses on a girl named Mato Kuroi, who befriends another girl, Yomi Takanashi, upon entering school. As the two start to drift apart, with Yomi becoming jealous of Mato's friendship with Yuu Kotari, Yomi suddenly disappears. As Mato searches for her, she is taken to a strange world where she meets the mysterious Black Rock Shooter, who merges with her and helps her search for Yomi, fighting off the evil Dead Master who possessed her. The television series uses the same characters from the OVA in a similar but slightly different storyline. As Mato enters middle school and becomes friends with Yomi, she soon faces personal troubles and the influence caused by another world where Black Rock Shooter fights other girls.
The manga series, Black Rock Shooter: Innocent Soul, follows Black Rock Shooter and her serpent partner, Ron, as they venture the Hazama, a world between Heaven and Earth where stagnant souls that have had regrets become trapped. Left alone, these souls can become demons that can pull in other souls, so it is up to Rock to stop them so they may ascend to heaven. Black Rock-chan is a comedy series following the everyday life of a chibi styled Black Rock Shooter named Rock-chan and her babysitter De-chan.
In the video game, which takes place in the year 2051, Black Rock Shooter is awoken from slumber and enters a futuristic battlefield where alien forces have invaded the Earth and have been terrorizing the planet for 19 years. She must fight off the aliens, while also trying to regain her memories.

Kurumi Tokisaki - Date a Live

Kurumi Tokisaki

Mana reported that Kurumi Tokisaki is the most dangerousSpirit known, who has personally killed over 10,000 people (not including spacequake victims).
Kurumi Tokisaki used unstated and unexplained methods to personally transfer into Shido Itsuka's High School and classroom so she can get closer to him. Her purposes and reasons in this transfer are simple; consume Shido Itsuka and his ability. She somehow knew about Shido and his ability and the fact that he knows about the existence of Spirits. During the time when Kurumi was a Raizen high school student, she almost succeeded in consuming Shido, however she was forced to retreat after being overwhelmed by Kotori's destructive power simply because she wasn't prepared to face her but later she claimed that she could defeat Kotori if she had more time.
Later it was revealed (at the end of Volume 4) that Kurumi was given the information about Shido by a mysterious being and what seemly like she was talking to herself (in which she wasn’t), she stated her true purpose/goal was for seeking Shido out, she revealed that her true goal was to use her 12th bullet to travel back in time 30 years ago and kill the 1st spirit, but to do that she needs a large amount of spirit mana which she doesn't have yet, that's why she wants to consume Shido who holds the spirit mana of 3 spirits within him for her to be able to use the 12th bullet.
She reappears during the beginning of Miku Truth and offers to help Shido rescue Tohka from the hands of DEM. Later it was revealed that her real objective is to use Shido as a distraction for her to have a chance to search for the second Spirit, the only one who knows the whereabouts of the first Spirit.
